My experience includes taking countless depositions, arguing motions in courts throughout California and serving as lead counsel at trial. For business owners, I offer both general counsel and litigation services. I've reviewed all types of contracts, advised on business operations and litigated disputes for clients directly, resulting in substantial savings for the client.

Business owners may wonder how I can get away with charging less than attorneys at firms. The answer is simple. Law firms follow a traditional business model that includes hiring a team of associate attorneys, paralegals and secretaries full-time, notwithstanding that technology and the ever-changing needs of clients has made this model obsolete. Firms end up serving as brokers between the clients and the people actually doing the work, and taking a cut of the action.

I keep my costs to a minimum by using technology and by being selective in my processes. Most of the advice and litigation I handle personally, without the help of additional lawyers, paralegals and/or secretaries. I employ additional staff when cases go to trial only. By refining the process by which claims are handled, I can provide the same results for nearly half the price.
